Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable-adjacent, we accept returns only for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items — reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Approved returns are refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days, or replaced at no extra cost.

Gift boxes and combos opened for consumption cannot be returned unless defective.
